Superbike Racing 2025 Season

Duncan Perry have been proud to sponsor the PTR Triumph Factory Racing Team in the Supersport World Championship for 2025.

Triumph Factory Racing is pleased to announce that both Tom Booth-Amos and Oli Bayliss will remain with the PTR Triumph Factory Racing team for a second consecutive season in the 2026 FIM Supersport World Championship.

Simon Buckmaster - Team Manager, PTR Triumph Factory Racing: “It's great news to be able to announce Oli Bayliss will be continuing with our team in 2026 to join Tom Booth-Amos. We've had a fantastic year together with these two riders.  Tom worked so hard this year and was really driven to fight for third place position in the world by the end of the season. Despite the race of his life on Sunday in Jerez he fell 2 points short of taking this position.  Naturally he was immensely disappointed as we all were but that's racing but I know that next season he will come back stronger and even more focused than ever before.  Oli, especially in the second half of the year, improved a lot. We can see the times are there and we see the potential. Now we need to work with him with full focus and concentration, paired with the controlled aggression needed to fight at the front to compete to be World Champion in the very high level of World Supersport without making mistakes.  Our whole team has been loyal this year and I'm very proud of everybody.  We have some development work over the winter, we always work to improve the bike and in 2026 we will improve ourselves as a team.  I can’t wait to get started at the first round in Australia next year.

The World Supersport Racing kicks off at Philip Island in Australia on the weekend of the 20th/22nd February 2026.

British Superbike Racing 2025

We were proud to sponsor the XMT Triumph Racing Team owned by Chris Hicks in the Bennetts British Superbike Racing Season 2025. This was XMT's first season in racing with riders in the Supersport and Sportbike categories.

The final round of the British Superbike Championship took place at Brands Hatch on the weekend of the 17th/19th October 2025 in varied weather conditions.

Two riders in contention for the title were Kyle Ryde the current world champion and Bradley Ray, World Champion in 2023.  They had been neck and neck on points the whole season so it was inevitable it would go to the wire at Brands on Sunday although Brad had more work to do if he wanted to take the championship away from Kyle.

The final race on Sunday was in wet weather conditions and mean't that Brad had to win the race to take the championship. Kyle, on the other hand only needed to finish 7th or higher in the race to retain his title.  Watching a number of riders sliding off track during the race in such torrid weather conditions Kyle played a cautious hand and finished 6th which was comfortably enough.

The final standings for 2025 are:

Kyle Ryde (Nitrous Competitions Racing Yamaha) with 512 points, Bradley Ray (Raceways Yamaha) with 502 and Leon Haslam (Moto Rapido Ducati Racing) with 362 points.

A great season's racing guys and we are looking forward to 2026.
