Landlord Fees

Landlords’ are required to pay us a fee for the service we provide and the fee charged is dependant on the level of service the Landlord requires.
Our standard fees are as follows:
Let Only Service – 12% including VAT of the total rent collected for the rental period (10% plus VAT).
Letting & Rent Collection Service – 13.2% including VAT (11% plus VAT)
Full Management Service – 15% including VAT (12.5% plus VAT)

Property Visits if the property is not fully managed | £90 per visit |
Arranging work or maintenance during a void period | £90 per repair |
Caretaking Service when the property is vacant | £90 per weekly visit |
Project Management Fee | 15% of the total cost of the work |
